G-workplace provides all ICT services for the Services Organization of the Protestant Church in the Netherlands (PKN). The PKN has about 2 million members spread over 1,600 ecclesiastical congregations.
The Services Organization supports the congregations with trainings, tools and advice. It has approximately 350 employees. G-workplace provides these employees with all the ICT facilities they need, mainly on the Google platform, to optimally support them in their work.
Migration
Even more important then the ‘technical migration’ is the change project before and after ‘go-live’ date. We will provide the PKN with workshops, trainings and manuals to let them be as succesfull as possible within their new Google domain.
The first challenge was to leave the current shared Google domein. G-workplace have set up the new Google domain and recently executed the migration from their current domain to the new Google domain. Gmail, Calender, Contacts, Sites, Tasks. All data have been succesfully migrated to the new domain.
Supporting
Within the PKN organization, we undertake various tasks. These encompass providing user and organizational support for PKN-related matters. We also handle maintenance, management, and support for the Google Workspace environment, on-premise servers, printer management, and Wi-Fi management involving Microsoft Servers with or dedicated team of onside by PKN.
