- We cover all the essentials of working effectively in Gmail, including how to use labels, search for messages and create filters. We explain how to create meetings and manage calenders, as well as how to manage your contacts and forwarding settings for individual users.
- We explain how to collaborate and share files within Google Drive (or Shared Drives). Starting with utilizing Google Drive as a file-server alternative. We cover how to upload files, sync to devices and share - in a safe way - documents with colleagues or clients. We will also cover how to collaborate on a project with a colleague using Docs, Slides and Sheets.
- We cover the basics of the Admin Console, teaching G Suite admins how to manage users, generate reports on usage, how to add subdomains, how to create groups and add members in these groups and enable features and apps. Besides that we show how to migrate data, manage your domain’s organization by enabling and disabling features inside each application and how to set up your mobile device management, check the reports and how to make use of complete report functionality.
