Terms of use

Please read these Terms carefully. By using Vacation Request, you’re agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement.

Vacation Requests is an application for Google Workspace to easily request and approve vacation requests. Vacation Requests is part of G-workplace Solutions.

These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions under which you, the user of Vacation Requests, are allowed to use Vacation Requests. For Vacation Requests the Dutch law is applicable.

In order to use Vacation Requests you must: Have an administrator verify your Google Workspace domain. Agree to the Terms Have a Google Workspace Account. By using Vacation Requests, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use Vacation Requests in a way that violates any laws or regulations. G-workplace Solutions may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.


The Term begins when your Google Workspace administrator verifies your organization's Google Workspace domain and continues as long as you use the Service. Clicking the button “Login with Google” in step 2 of the registration process means that you’ve officially “signed” the Terms. If you sign up for Vacation Requests on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.


To use Vacation Requests, licenses should be purchased. Licenses should be purchased prior to the use. To purchase licenses, contact G-workplace through sales@g-workplace.com.

Monthly or yearly basis payments will be allowed. We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement if license payments are not satisfied after a courtesy period of 30 days.


As licenses are purchased beforehand to the use, any notice of cancellation will imply to stop the service at the end of the paid period.


Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.


You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness of Vacation Requests for your organization's purpose. G-workplace Solutions does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best of its ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify G-workplace, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, however caused.


Our Acceptable Use Policy sets some rules that you have to follow as a user of Vacation Requests. Some are dictated by the law, some are common sense (do unto others).


We may change any of the Terms by posting revised Terms of Use on our Website. The new Terms will be effective immediately and apply to any continued or new use of Vacation Requests. We may change the Website, the Service, or any features of the Service at any time.


Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company‚Äüs services and the full content of this application.
